Audition Next Gen – Violations and Penalties

Inclined with particular PlayPark Inc. policies, as provided on the company’s website and subsites, there are certain penalties amongst the violators of the company’s Code of Conduct. It is also the responsibility of all the customers to be aware of PlayPark Inc. Policies, violations, and penalties as agreed upon in the PlayPark End User License Agreement. However, claims of ignorance of such information shall not be excused. Listed below are the general penalties maintained by PlayPark Inc. as a company.

There are also game-specific account penalties, which you can find by checking the appropriate links at the bottom part of this page. In most cases, game-specific account penalties will take priority over our general company account penalties. However, please remember that depending on the nature of each violation, either company or game-specific penalties may apply, the choice of which rests on the sole discretion of PlayPark Inc.

Important Reminders regarding Violations and Penalties

  • All listed penalties presented are arranged into fair standards dependent on the general nature of each offense but are still subjected to any necessary adjustment as deemed by the sole discretion of Playpark Inc.

  • All violations are validated through the actual observation of Audition Next Gen Staffs and PlayPark Employees. Playpark Inc. and the game itself has no obligation of presenting evidence related to any cases it has ruled upon.

  • All penalties listed above can be issued on a per-instance basis, resulting in an accumulation of 1st offense penalties or an automatic 3rd offense penalty, depending on the number of violations committed. The choice of recourse in such cases is entirely at the discretion of Playpark Inc.

    Game Moderator

    Game Moderators are committed to helping and guiding players to experience the game at its full potential. Every effort must be made in bringing prompt service and in improving the quality of the game. GMs and CMs are to respond to players’ needs in a polite and professional manner.

    What Audition Next Gen Staffs can do for players of Audition Next Gen:

    • Will do their best in answering questions and handling complaints or concerns users may have in-game.

    • Are to oversee events or quests in-game.

    • May kick or suspend players that violate the Game Policy and Rules of Conduct depending on the severity of the violation.

    What GMs and CMs cannot do for players of Audition Next Gen:

    • Cannot and will not participate in any fam or club. They cannot and will not “tank” for or provide “buffs” to players, unless it coincides with an event or promotion that requires them to do so.

    • Cannot and will not give players items or cash (trading with players is not allowed) unless it is part of an event or promotion.

    • Will not give special treatment to any player or the specific group of players. GMs are to be impartial, unbiased, and objective within the scope of their responsibilities and judgment.

    What Moderators cannot do for players of Audition Next Gen:

    • Cannot and will not give players items or cash (trading with players is not allowed) unless it is part of an event or promotion.

    • Will not give special treatment to any player or the specific group of players. Moderators are to be impartial, unbiased, and objective within the scope of their responsibilities and judgment.

    Rules of Conduct

    The following rules govern basic interaction within the Audition Next Gen game and the Audition Next Gen social media and groups. Please be aware that failure to comply with these rules of conduct may result in the termination of your Audition Next Gen game account according to the End User License Agreement (EULA).

    This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our personal information practices or relevant laws. We will indicate at the top of this policy when this policy was last updated. Please review this policy every time you access or use the services to make sure that you have reviewed the most recent version.

    • Permanent Ban – Player may be Account/IP Address/Computer banned from PlayPark and Audition Next Gen if repeated offence on other accounts.

    • PlayPark and/or Audition Next Gen Staffs shall reserve the right to suspend, ban, and/or punish a player or clan without prior notice for any violation as they deem necessary.

      Part I. Hacking / Client / File Modification

      These are illegal programs, applications, and modified game clients that are not part of the official game client. These may be standalone programs or plug-ins downloaded from other sites. Such programs alter fair gameplay, game points (EXP, DEN, FAM Points, Couple Points/Hearts), and other features.

      ⚠️ Important Reminder:
      These programs are not developed, affiliated with, or distributed by the game developer or any PlayPark staff. There are no legal modified game clients, third-party software, or external programs for Audition Next Gen. The only legal programs are the official game client and its hack protection software.

      Sanctions / Penalties

      Severity A – Minor
      (small client tweaks, simple macros, light exploit use)

      • 1st Offense: 30-Day Ban

      • 2nd Offense: Level & DEN/Points Reset

      • 3rd Offense: Permanent Ban

      Severity B – Major
      (modified clients affecting gameplay, bots, point tampering)

      • 1st Offense:  Full Reset of Level & DEN/Points gained using exploits

      • 2nd Offense: Permanent Ban + HWID/IP Ban

      • 3rd Offense: Legal escalation if financial damage is proven

      Severity C – Critical
      (server hacks, cheat creation/distribution, large-scale abuse)

      • 1st Offense: Permanent Ban + HWID/IP Blacklist + Legal Review

      • 2nd Offense: Network Blocks + Legal / Law Enforcement Action

      • 3rd Offense: Lifetime Ban + Industry-Wide Blacklisting

      What does Industry-Wide Blacklisting mean?
      If a player commits a critical violation, like hacking servers, creating or spreading cheats, or causing major damage, they won’t just be banned from Audition Next Gen. They may also be permanently blocked from other partnered games, partnered publishers, and platforms across the gaming industry.


      Part II. Bug Exploitation

      Promoting or using game glitches in-game is strictly prohibited. Players are encouraged to report bugs immediately to the Audition Next Gen staff.

      Sanctions / Penalties

      Severity A – Minor
      (unintentional or one-time bug use without major impact)

      • 1st Offense: Warning + 7-Day Ban

      • 2nd Offense: 30-Day Ban

      • 3rd Offense: 90-Day Ban + Reset of Illegally Obtained Items/Points

      Severity B – Major
      (repeated bug abuse, exploiting for advantage such as farming DEN, FAM Points, or event items)

      • 1st Offense: 90-Day Ban + Removal of Illegally Obtained Items/Points

      • 2nd Offense: 180-Day Ban + Level & Points Reset

      • 3rd Offense: Permanent Ban

      Severity C – Critical
      (promoting, teaching, or spreading bug exploits / large-scale abuse affecting server economy or events)

      • 1st Offense: Permanent Ban + HWID/IP Ban

      • 2nd Offense: Legal escalation if damages are proven (fraud, item trafficking)


      Part III. In-Game Names

      Staff Impersonation:
      Using nicknames with GM, CM, MOD, or Moderator is prohibited, as this misleads players into thinking these are official staff.

      • Penalty: Permanent Ban

      Inappropriate Nicknames:

      • Vulgar/Profane: Explicit, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racially, or ethically offensive.

      • Special Characters: Only “~”, “-”, and “_” are allowed.

      Penalties:

      • 1st Offense: Forced Nickname Change

      • 2nd Offense: Forced Nickname Change + 30-Day Ban

      • 3rd Offense: Permanent Ban

      Inappropriate FAM Names:

      • Same rules as inappropriate nicknames, applied to FAM names.

      Penalties:

      • 1st Offense: Forced FAM Rename

      • 2nd Offense: Forced FAM Rename + 30-Day Ban on FAM Master

      • 3rd Offense: Permanent Ban on FAM Master


      Part IV. Game / Social Platform Misconducts

      (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Discord, etc.)

      Staff Impersonation:
      Pretending to be PlayPark employees or ANG staff to obtain personal information, items, or cash is considered scamming.

      • Penalty: Permanent Ban

      Event Disruption:
      Harassing participants or facilitators during events.

      • 1st Offense: 30-Day Ban

      • 2nd Offense: 90-Day Ban + Level & DEN Reset

      • 3rd Offense: Permanent Ban

      Promoting 3rd Party Programs:
      Promoting or hosting events that showcase cheats or illegal software.

      • Penalty: Permanent Ban

      Bulletin/Chat Spamming:
      Flooding chat with the same message.

      • 1st Offense: 30-Day Ban

      • 2nd Offense: 90-Day Ban + Level & DEN Reset

      • 3rd Offense: Permanent Ban

      Player Harassment / Cyberbullying:
      Using inappropriate or harmful language toward players.

      • 1st Offense: 30-Day Ban

      • 2nd Offense: 90-Day Ban + Level & DEN Reset

      • 3rd Offense: Permanent Ban

      Racial/Religious/Nationality Harassment:
      Harassing players based on race, religion, or nationality.

      • Penalty: Permanent Ban

      Staff Harassment / Cyberbullying:
      Harassing staff (GMs, CMs, Moderators) or spreading false news about them.

      • Penalty: Permanent Ban


      Part V. Others

      Illegal Trading and Dealings (RMT):
      Buying, selling, sharing, or transferring accounts, in-game cash, or features for real money is prohibited.

      Advertising Non-PlayPark Products:
      Promoting products not related to ANG is forbidden.

      Illegal Use of PlayPark Products:
      PlayPark services must only be used for legal activities.

      • Penalty: Permanent Ban

      Claiming False Rewards:
      False claims of rewards are prohibited. Reports must be filed via iBox within 7 days of the reward insertion. Late reports will not be entertained.

      Penalties:

      • 1st Offense: Warning

      • 2nd Offense: 30-Day Ban + Level & DEN Reset

      • 3rd Offense: Permanent Ban


      Definition of Terms

      • RMT – Real Money Trading

      • NPC – Non-Player Character; entities not controlled by players or staff

      • ANG – Audition Next Gen


      Important Reminders

      1. All penalties are standardized but may be adjusted at the sole discretion of the Audition Next Gen Team.

      2. Violations are validated through direct observation of ANG staff and PlayPark employees. PlayPark is not obligated to present evidence for its rulings.

      3. Penalties may be issued on a per-instance basis, leading to cumulative sanctions or maximum penalties depending on the severity and number of violations.

      Evidence Policy

      The only evidence that is not modified in any manner and shows the incident clearly can be applied in our case processing. Screenshots may suffice for any chat or verbal offenses. With regard to complicated offenses, in-game videos would have to be provided. You can use file hosting services such as Mediafire or Fileden to upload your videos.

      *Note: Screenshots must be submitted in .jpg format, with at least High image quality.

      The name of the offender must be clearly seen, and the screenshot or video must show the offender in action.
