e tournament will accept up to 16 FAMs (3 players/FAM) on a first come, first served basis. Each player must register to secure their slot.

Tournament slots will only be confirmed once registration has been verified and acknowledged by the event organizer. All players who successfully register and attend the tournament will receive an unreleased exclusive Indefinite Cuddly Rabbit Set as a participation reward.

If a player withdraws, fails to show up, or is disqualified for violating tournament rules, they will forfeit their Indefinite Cuddly Rabbit Set reward.

The registration link for FAM of the Year 2025 will be released on October 19, 2025, via Audition Next Gen’s official Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram channels. Registration will close on October 22, 2025, at 11:59 PM, or once all slots have been filled — whichever comes first.

Q1. What happens if I change mine or my FAM member(s) IGN/details after registration?
A1. Although we do not advise doing this, you can contact CM Rei for assistance to update your IGN/details. Changing of IGNs/details will not be allowed after 22nd October 2025, 11:59 PM.

Q2. Can I ‘give’ my registered slot to a friend?
A2. No. If you withdraw and slots are full, your slot will be opened to public registration or waitlist. Withdrawing makes you ineligible for the Indefinite Set

Q3. Will there be a Waiting List if I didn’t register on time?
A3. Depends on demand. Updates will be announced on the day of the event.

Q4. Can I change my FAM name after registration?
A4. No. FAM names cannot be changed after submission.

Q5. One of my registered FAM members cannot attend — can I swap with another player?
A5. Yes, one-off change allowed for replacing 1 member before 22nd October 2025, 11:59 PM. Contact CM Rei.

1. General Provisions

1.1. These rules govern player conduct and gameplay regulations during the Audition Next Gen Tournament (“the Tournament”).
1.2. By participating in the Tournament, all participants agree to comply fully with these rules, the Audition Next Gen Game Policy, and any directives issued by Tournament Officials or Event Marshals.
1.3. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification and/or further penalties, including bans from future tournaments.

2. In-Game Avatar and Accessories

2.1. All participants are required to use the basic/default Audition avatars, including the default face, during all stages of the Tournament.
2.2. Accessories, including but not limited to bags and wings, must be completely removed during gameplay to ensure competitive fairness.

3. Map and Game Settings

3.1. The official map for the Tournament is Hip Hop Street. Participants must ensure the map is enabled and visible at all times.
3.2. Failure to comply with Section 3.1 will result in immediate disqualification.
3.3. The Shader option, included in the latest update of Audition Next Gen PC, will be automatically enabled during the Tournament. Tampering with this feature is strictly prohibited.

4. Prohibited Items and Software Modifications

4.1. The use of the Metronome item is strictly prohibited.
4.2. Participants must register using accounts that do not have the Metronome item equipped or in inventory.
4.3. Any form of modification or tampering with Audition Next Gen files, folders, or system configurations is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in disqualification and may escalate to a permanent account ban.

5. Equipment and PC Specifications

5.1. All matches must be played using the provided default PC specifications and fullscreen resolution settings.
5.2. Players are prohibited from using their own peripherals, including but not limited to keyboards, mouse, and headsets.
5.3. All peripherals will be provided by the event organizers and must be used for the duration of the Tournament.

6. Technical Malfunctions and Issue Reporting

6.1. In the event of peripheral malfunction, participants must immediately notify an Event Marshal. Gameplay will continue unless otherwise directed through the in-game chat.
6.2. If a player experiences PC-related issues that affect gameplay, the issue must be reported via in-game chat before the match concludes.
6.3. Rematch requests will not be entertained after a game concludes, unless caused by a confirmed global network issue.

7. Disconnection and Rematch Policy

7.1. Cases of legitimate disconnection will be assessed individually by Tournament Officials. Rematches are not guaranteed.
7.2. Decisions will consider potential foul play, the score at the time of disconnection, and the projected outcome of the match.
7.3. If a rematch is approved, it will be granted only once and must be requested within one (1) minute of the disconnection.
7.4. If this time limit is exceeded, the current score will be deemed final.
7.5. Intentional disconnections, including but not limited to the use of ALT+F4, will result in a score of zero (0) for the affected round.
7.6. Final decisions rest solely with the Tournament Officials.

8. Substance Use and Prohibited Conduct

8.1. The use, possession, or influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any prohibited substances during the Tournament is strictly forbidden.
8.2. PlayPark reserves the right to remove and/or disqualify any participant found in violation of this rule.
8.3. Participants may also face additional sanctions, including bans from future PlayPark tournaments and events.

9. Rewards and Taxation

9.1. Prizes and rewards are subject to applicable laws and regulations.
9.2. In accordance with the Philippine National Internal Revenue Code, rewards exceeding PHP 10,000.00 per player are subject to a mandatory 20% final tax.
9.3. Winners shall shoulder any applicable taxes. PlayPark reserves the right to withhold the corresponding amount prior to prize distribution.

10. Compliance with Game Policy

10.1. All participants must strictly adhere to the Audition Next Gen Game Policies for the duration of the Tournament.
10.2. Any account suspended during the Tournament period will result in automatic disqualification of the associated player.

11. Authority of Tournament Officials

11.1. Event Marshals and Tournament Officials have full authority to issue warnings, impose penalties, and disqualify players found to be in violation of these rules.
11.2. All decisions made by the Tournament Officials are final and binding.

12. Amendments and Discretionary Rights

12.1. The Audition Next Gen Team reserves the right to amend, modify, or supplement these rules and event mechanics at any time, with or without prior notice.
12.2. Participants will be notified of any material changes, though it is their responsibility to remain updated on the latest version of the rules.

By joining the Tournament, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all rules and conditions stated above.

FAM Rally Time Slot:

Mechanics:

• All FAMs with at least 10 attendees present on-ground will stand a chance to win the FAM Rally Reward.
  (Rewards will only be credited to FAM members who have registered for the Door Gifts.).

• Attendance will be taken after the final rounds, and the winning FAM will be announced on-site.

Rewards:
Each qualified member will receive an Indefinite Asymmetrical Checkered Style.

Q1: Can I only have 8 players in the FAM Rally photo?
A1: No. As per the FAM Rally mechanics, you must have a minimum of 10 players who are present on-ground, have submitted the door gift form under your FAM Rally FAM, and appear in the group photo.

Q2: When do I need to be in the FAM if I’m joining the FAM Rally?
A2: If you are joining Clubber of the Year (COTY) under another FAM, you must return to your FAM Rally FAM after the finals to qualify.

Q3: How about door gift submission? Which FAM do I submit under?
A3: You must submit using the FAM name that’s joining the FAM Rally, appear in the FAM Rally group photo, and be part of that FAM. (Refer to Q1)

Q4: When can I leave the FAM?
A4: Players are not allowed to leave their FAM until official announcements by the CMs. Leaving earlier will result in disqualification from the FAM Rally rewards, even if your FAM has won.

Q5: Can more than one FAM win the FAM Rally?
A5: Yes! Multiple FAMs can win the FAM Rally as long as they’ve gathered at least 10 members and met all the mechanics requirements.
