The stage is set, the competition is fierce, and the stakes have never been higher — the APC Semi-Finals are here! Audistas from across the region will gather to showcase their skills, strategies, and composure under pressure, all for a chance to advance to the prestigious APC Finals.

This year’s Semi-Finals will feature both Team and Individual tournaments happening on back-to-back days. Expect intense matches, loud cheers, and unforgettable moments on the dance floor!

📅 Event Schedule

📍 Venue: SM City San Lazaro
🕙 Time: 10:00 AM onwards

1. General Provisions
1.1. These rules govern player conduct and gameplay regulations during the Audition Next Gen Tournament (“the Tournament”).
1.2. By participating in the Tournament, all participants agree to comply fully with these rules, the Audition Next Gen Game Policy, and any directives issued by Tournament Officials or Event Marshals.
1.3. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification and/or further penalties, including bans from future tournaments.

2. In-Game Avatar and Accessories
2.1. All participants are required to use the basic/default Audition avatars, including the default face, during all stages of the Tournament.
2.2. Accessories, including but not limited to bags and wings, must be completely removed during gameplay to ensure competitive fairness.

3. Map and Game Settings
3.1. The official map for the Tournament is Hip Hop Street. Participants must ensure the map is enabled and visible at all times.
3.2. Failure to comply with Section 3.1 will result in immediate disqualification.
3.3. The Shader option, which is included in the latest update of Audition Next Gen PC, will be automatically enabled during the Tournament. Tampering with this feature is strictly prohibited.

4. Prohibited Items and Software Modifications
4.1. The use of the Metronome item is strictly prohibited.
4.2. Participants must register using accounts that do not have the Metronome item equipped or in inventory.
4.3. Any form of modification or tampering with Audition Next Gen files, folders, or system configurations is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in disqualification and potential escalation to a permanent account ban.

5. Equipment and PC Specifications
5.1. All matches must be played using the provided default PC specifications and fullscreen resolution settings.
5.2. Players are prohibited from using their own peripherals, including but not limited to keyboards, mouse, and headsets.
5.3. All peripherals will be provided by the event organizers and must be used for the duration of the Tournament.

6. Technical Malfunctions and Issue Reporting
6.1. In the event of peripheral malfunction, participants must immediately notify an Event Marshal. Gameplay will continue unless a decision is communicated in the in-game chat.
6.2. If a player experiences PC-related issues that affect gameplay, the issue must be reported via in-game chat before the match concludes.
6.3. Rematch requests will not be entertained after the conclusion of a game, unless caused by a confirmed global network issue.

7. Disconnection and Rematch Policy
7.1. Cases of legitimate disconnection will be assessed individually by Tournament Officials. Rematches are not guaranteed.
7.2. The decision will be based on any potential foul play, the score at the time of disconnection, and the projected outcome of the match.
7.3. If a rematch is approved, it will be granted only once, and must be requested within one (1) minute of the disconnection.
7.4. If this time limit is exceeded, the current score will be deemed final.
7.5. Intentional disconnections, including but not limited to the use of ALT+F4, will result in a score of zero (0) for the affected round.
7.6. Final decisions will be at the discretion of the Tournament Officials.

8. Compliance with Game Policy
8.1. All participants must strictly adhere to the Audition Next Gen Game Policies for the duration of the Tournament.
8.2. Any account suspended during the Tournament period will result in automatic disqualification of the associated player.

9. Authority of Tournament Officials
9.1. Event Marshals and Tournament Officials have full authority to issue warnings, impose penalties, and disqualify players found to be in violation of these rules.
9.2. All decisions made by the Tournament Officials are final and binding.

10. Amendments and Discretionary Rights
10.1. The Audition Next Gen Team reserves the right to amend, modify, or supplement these rules and event mechanics at any time, with or without prior notice.
10.2. Participants will be notified of any material changes, though it is their responsibility to remain updated on the latest version of the rules.

The Semi-Finals for the Team Tournament will follow a double elimination format, where only the Top 4 teams will advance to the APC Finals.

Individual Tournament will also follow a double elimination format and only the Top 6 will make it to the APC Finals.

🏆 Team Tournament Rewards

Teams that make it to the Top 4 will each receive a ₱6,000 cash prize per team along with an official Certificate of Achievement to recognize their performance in the Semi-Finals.

👑 Individual Division Rewards

The Top 6 players from the Individual Division will each receive ₱2,000 cash and a Certificate of Achievement, marking their advancement to the APC Finals.
